the bed was quite comfortable.

Clean and Convenient Stay!
ample parking clean room friendly staff excellent value
I really appreciated the ample free parking. It made arrival easy! The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff demonstrated friendliness and professionalism. They were always ready to assist. The value for money was excellent. I was like I received great amenities for the price I paid!

My room was modest but very neat. This created a simple, comfortable environment. The room included tea and coffee making facilities. Complimentary biscuits were provided. Fresh towels and soaps were in the spacious bathroom!!!

The secure gated car park at the rear gave me so much peace of mind, i loved it! plenty of refreshments were in the room, a great bonus. the host was so friendly and helpful. the bed was super comfy. I slept like a log.
the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the hotel is close to the city center. i was able to walk there in about 15 to 20 minutes! numerous frequent buses run to and from the city center from the nearby main road, so getting around was easy.

A coffee and tea corner with a kettle and milk was provided. there were even some biscuits. It was a really nice touch! this made it easy to enjoy a quick refreshment anytime i wanted.

i found myself charmed by secure parking tucked away behind gates. arriving a touch early, the hotel allowed me to settle in, avoiding extra parking fees. the room offered tea and coffee making, a welcome touch.
the shower offered only lukewarm water, i longed for a hotter shower. it was quite disappointing, honestly. the temperature was inconsistent, a fix should elevate the stay.

convenient parking ground floor rear garden
The staff provided a fan upon request. Car parking was convenient. I was given a ground floor room, very helpful. A rear garden with chairs and tables added to the appeal. The facilities provided everything I needed for a good holiday, and the cleanliness was notable.
Some cigarettes smoking lingered at the entrance of the hotel.

The secure parking behind security gates was a great benefit. I received a fob for access. The garden had ample outdoor seating and a fountain. There were fish in it.
The noise from other guests walking upstairs was audible. It disrupted sleep during the night. This affected the overall quietness.
